Mr. Cutbirth is the president and CEO of the Company and has over sixteen years of experience in the wind energy industry. Before forming the Company, Mr. Cutbirth was president of Clipper Windpower, which he started up with the founder of the Zond Corporation.

Clipper Windpower completed one of the most successful public offerings in the wind industry in 2005 and is currently owned by United Technologies. Prior to starting up Clipper, Mr. Cutbirth was head of Global Project Finance for Zond / Enron Wind Corp., where he arranged, negotiated and closed in excess of $1 billion of debt and equity for wind energy projects around the world.

Prior to joining Zond, Mr. Cutbirth was Chief Financial Officer of an independent power producer that owned and operated approximately $300 million of power generating assets. Mr. Cutbirth’s business career has included chief financial officer of a manufacturing and supply company serving the oil, gas and agricultural industries and chief executive officer of a real estate development company that, through its affiliates, have acquired, entitled, developed, leased and sold approximately $300 million of residential, commercial and mixed use properties.

Mr. Cutbirth is also a former director of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA). Mr. Cutbirth received a Bachelor of Science degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Smith is Chief Executive Officer at SolarReserve where he leads the company’s efforts to develop and build large scale solar energy projects. SolarReserve’s leading technology includes integrated energy storage that can deliver clean renewable electricity on demand - day or night.  SolarReserve has more than 3,000 megawatts of projects in development across the US and internationally.

Mr. Smith has 25 years of experience in the energy industry and has held senior executive positions in numerous successful energy companies that develop solar and wind energy projects as well as natural gas and biomass fueled electricity facilities. Mr. Smith has actively led the successful development, acquisition, financing and construction of energy projects that total more than 5,000 megawatts and long-term electricity sales contracts approaching $50 billion, including projects located in the US and more than a dozen countries around the world.

Prior to joining SolarReserve at its formation in 2008, Mr. Smith was Senior Vice President at Invenergy LLC where he led the development of Invenergy Wind from a startup in 2004 to one of the largest privately owned renewable energy businesses in the world with more than $2.0 billion of projects in operation.  Prior to Invenergy, Mr. Smith was President of Insight Energy and Chief Operating Officer of London-based Rolls-Royce Power Ventures.

Mr. Smith earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. In 2008, Mr. Smith received the Outstanding Mechanical Engineer Award from Purdue University.

Jennifer Kantor is the Controller of the Company responsible for all accounting and reporting functions. Ms. Kantor has over twenty years of experience as auditor, accountant and controller at companies including FedEx Kinko’s, a premier wind energy company and at the Company and its affiliates.

Ms. Kantor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California Lutheran University.
