Artificial Intelligence is driving the demand for data centers which in turn drives higher demand for energy to power the data centers.

Our team will facilitate the rapid development of AI data center infrastructure and sites to help achieve the goals of the artificial intelligence and technology sectors.

Champlin is pursuing the infrastructure development for AI Data Center Sites and campuses, specifically development of powered land sites for AI Data Centers and Campuses:

• Focus on sites in key markets with Hyperscaler interest and local support, including the Northeast (PA), SE (AL, TN & GA), Mid-West (IN), Texas, Rocky Mountains & West, (CA, NV & UT)

• Focus on sites that can be construction ready in 24 – 36 months

• Data Centers are expected to be powered by a combination of grid power and BTM Solar + BESS and/or gas fired generation and/or fuel cells
